FlightWorks Aviation is a small company, specializing in composite experimental aircraft construction. The owner began his composite experience in the late 80’s, developing cutting-edge technologies that he adapted for the remote-control glider and jet industries. Through the use of wet-layup and pre-preg vacuum bagging, and ultimately, resin-infusion, he was able to create airframe components that were lighter, stronger, and more aesthetic than anything the industry had previously seen.

Eventually, this experience led to requests for experimental aircraft assistance, not only with assembly, but also custom molding. When you marry that level of technical experience with an enormous love for aviation, the resultant outcome is the highest level of quality and workmanship.

At FlightWorks Aviation, we have a simple philosophy......"We build your aircraft as if it were our own."  We do this because of our love of aviation and our obsession with composites and technology. Typically, we have only one or two aircraft at a time. This allows us to focus our efforts very precisely. And because of our flexible hours, it’s easy to find mutually convenient hours to build.
